Continuous Improvement Manager

Darwin Airport is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team who is passionate about continuous improvement and making a difference.

In this position you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Team in delivering a culture of continuous improvement and suitable systems, policies and processes to ensure that key business performance information is accurate and readily available.

In this role, your duties include:

  • Facilitate, lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects across the business as a tool to improve the way we do business;
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative;
  • Support, mentor and develop staff so they in turn develop and grow as valued employees; and
  • Assist in developing a reporting framework to allow key business information to be measured, monitored and shared up, down and across the organisation.

Do you have?

  • Experience in a business process improvement position and business process improvement tools.
  • Demonstrated skill in leading projects and driving business development by developing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience with requirements gathering/mapping; ability to collect, anaylse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations; good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good planning, time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in organisational change management.
