Darwin Airport is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team who is passionate about continuous improvement and making a difference.
In this position you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Team in delivering a culture of continuous improvement and suitable systems, policies and processes to ensure that key business performance information is accurate and readily available.
In this role, your duties include:
- Facilitate, lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects across the business as a tool to improve the way we do business;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative;
- Support, mentor and develop staff so they in turn develop and grow as valued employees; and
- Assist in developing a reporting framework to allow key business information to be measured, monitored and shared up, down and across the organisation.
Do you have?
- Experience in a business process improvement position and business process improvement tools.
- Demonstrated skill in leading projects and driving business development by developing continuous improvement strategies.
- Demonstrable experience with requirements gathering/mapping; ability to collect, anaylse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations; good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Experience in organisational change management.
